•Purpose

•A deaf person, who visibly is a normal person, faces many challenges in his everyday life including atrocities committed on him by few anti-social persons. These atrocities till now went unchecked and unattended due to lack of a proper communication vehicle  between them and the administration namely the police and the judiciary. Nupur Sansthan (NGO), in joint efforts with the Rajasthan Police established the Deaf Assistance Centre at the Police control room. Working under Mr. Manoj  Bharadwaj, this center assists the police and the judiciary in properly understanding the matter as communicated by a deaf person and thus helps in taking it to its logical conclusion.
